Ao todo, est\u00e3o previstas tr\u00eas vagas como titulares e tr\u00eas vagas como suplentes para este segmento. As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es acontecem entre os dias 2 e 4 de setembro. J\u00e1 a elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes ser\u00e1 feita durante a I Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal, no dia 7 de outubro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O edital prev\u00ea a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de representantes de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais (ONGs) e entidades e protetores independentes relacionados \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal interessados em se candidatarem para as vagas no Conselho. Est\u00e3o previstas duas vagas como titulares e duas vagas como suplentes para ONGs ou entidades legalmente constitu\u00eddas, e mais uma vaga como titular e uma vaga de suplente para protetores independentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Os representantes ir\u00e3o participar das reuni\u00f5es do Conselho Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal, deliberar sobre o Fundo Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal; representar a Sociedade Civil e colaborar com as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal em Camb\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o feitas entre 2 e 4 de setembro. J\u00e1 o resultado final dos habilitados ao Conselho, ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo de recursos, est\u00e1 previsto para ser divulgado no dia 30 de setembro. E, por fim, a elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes acontece durante a I Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal, no dia 7 de outubro, no Centro Cultural de Camb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A secret\u00e1ria municipal de Agricultura e Meio Ambiente, Roberta Queiroz, destaca que Camb\u00e9 nunca teve um momento com tantas a\u00e7\u00f5es direcionadas ao bem-estar e cuidado animal. \u201c\u00c9 um momento muito importante. Al\u00e9m da forma\u00e7\u00e3o do conselho e cria\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo, teremos a confer\u00eancia, em que vamos debater e direcionar a pol\u00edtica municipal, eleger as prioridades que devem ser trabalhadas dentro da pauta e os setores diretamente relacionados \u00e0 \u00e1rea. Isso enriquece e direciona os caminhos a serem seguidos pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. Hoje, j\u00e1 temos diversos programas em funcionamento. E, agora tamb\u00e9m, as penalidades da \u00e1rea ser\u00e3o revertidas para o fundo, garantindo a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas voltadas ao bem-estar animal. Com isso, ficou estabelecido no munic\u00edpio o \u00f3rg\u00e3o para decidir, acompanhar e propor diretrizes para a formula\u00e7\u00e3o, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar animal em Camb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segundo a lei, o Conselho ir\u00e1 atuar na prote\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar dos animais dom\u00e9sticos e da fauna silvestre; promover a\u00e7\u00f5es de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre guarda respons\u00e1vel e prote\u00e7\u00e3o do ambiente; defender e proteger animais feridos, abandonados ou v\u00edtimas de maus-tratos; colaborar com programas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal; acompanhar e solicitar provid\u00eancias aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica municipal sobre prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal; colaborar com programas de controle de zoonoses; incentivar a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da fauna e de seus ecossistemas; propor pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e altera\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas relacionadas \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar animal; al\u00e9m de promover campanhas de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sa\u00fade e prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal, ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel e controle populacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Conselho ter\u00e1 representantes do poder p\u00fablico, por meio das Secretarias Municipais de Agricultura e Meio Ambiente, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana; e representantes da sociedade civil, por meio das ONGs ou entidades legalmente constitu\u00eddas, protetores independentes e o Conselho Regional de Medicina Veterin\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (18), foi publicado no Jornal Oficial do Munic\u00edpio o edital de chamamento p\u00fablico para convoca\u00e7\u00e3o de ONGs, entidades e protetores independentes de animais para compor, como sociedade civil, o Conselho Municipal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem-Estar Animal.
