Ao todo, foi constatado por estudo que o munic\u00edpio conta com 34% de aumento de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda n\u00e3o comunicada para a Prefeitura. Ser\u00e3o enviadas cerca de 20.400 correspond\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em 2022, a Prefeitura criou um Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Geogr\u00e1ficas, o Sig-Camb\u00e9, no qual fez um georreferenciamento do munic\u00edpio com ortofotos de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, criando um mapa base de Camb\u00e9 com informa\u00e7\u00f5es de quadras, ruas e lotes. O sistema auxiliou, tamb\u00e9m, na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de obras irregulares ou clandestinas, e identificou o aumento de propriedades com \u00e1reas constru\u00eddas no im\u00f3vel sem informar a Prefeitura. Vale destacar que toda obra em Camb\u00e9 precisa da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e alvar\u00e1 de execu\u00e7\u00e3o conforme Lei Complementar N.\u00ba 51, de 24 de setembro de 2020, o C\u00f3digo de Edifica\u00e7\u00f5es e Obras das \u00e1reas urbanas e rurais do munic\u00edpio e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal e recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Paran\u00e1 (TCE-PR), a Prefeitura precisa fazer esse recadastramento de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es municipais, notificando as propriedades que n\u00e3o sinalizaram o aumento. O munic\u00edpio j\u00e1 fez o estudo, e vai informar com correspond\u00eancia, a partir da segunda-feira, com fotos do im\u00f3vel e metragem excedente ao registrado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O secret\u00e1rio municipal de Fazenda, Gabriel Candido, ressalta que \u00e9 dever do contribuinte informar toda mudan\u00e7a no im\u00f3vel. \u00c0queles que n\u00e3o informaram, chegar\u00e1 a correspond\u00eancia. \u201cCaso esse contribuinte conteste a informa\u00e7\u00e3o, entenda que aquela constru\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 dele, que a metragem colocada ali na correspond\u00eancia n\u00e3o corresponde com a metragem correta que tem na constru\u00e7\u00e3o dele, ter\u00e1 um prazo, de 8 de setembro a 8 de outubro, para comparecer no Centro Cultural, e apresentar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para comprovar que aquela imagem ou aquela metragem est\u00e1 em desacordo com o existente de fato l\u00e1 no im\u00f3vel dele\u201d, disse.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir desta segunda-feira (11), o Munic\u00edpio vai informar as propriedades com aumento de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda que n\u00e3o foram sinalizadas ao poder p\u00fablico.
