A Prefeitura de Camb\u00e9, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana, emitiu um alerta contra propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis ou terrenos com mato alto e entulho. Segundo o Artigo 133 do C\u00f3digo de Posturas do Munic\u00edpio, \u00e9 dever de todos os propriet\u00e1rios, inquilinos e ocupantes de im\u00f3veis manterem suas propriedades em perfeito estado, limpo, bem cuidado e com espa\u00e7o devidamente ro\u00e7ado. Com isso, houve uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal que dispensa a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multas.<\/span><\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana, Diogo Sola, explicou que a Prefeitura n\u00e3o tem a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de autuar, mas ressalta que a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal visa proteger a seguran\u00e7a e o bem-estar de todos. Terrenos com mato alto e entulhos tornam-se locais prop\u00edcios \u00e0 prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de mosquitos transmissores de doen\u00e7as, al\u00e9m de servirem como esconderijo para atividades il\u00edcitas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para atuar com mais rigor contra esses espa\u00e7os, houve uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal que eliminou a necessidade da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via ao propriet\u00e1rio antes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de penalidade. \u201cEssa medida foi adotada para que os fiscais, ao constatarem irregularidades, possam aplicar a penalidade de 2UFC (R$ 415,62) imediatamente. Os infratores j\u00e1 autuados s\u00e3o notificados para realizar a limpeza em at\u00e9 cinco dias \u00fateis. Caso ainda n\u00e3o fa\u00e7a, o infrator deve ressarcir o servi\u00e7o feito pelos servidores da Prefeitura, al\u00e9m de mais 30% a t\u00edtulo de taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou o secret\u00e1rio. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sola ainda deu como exemplo que um terreno de 300 m\u00b2 em desacordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estar\u00e1 sujeito a uma multa de R$ 415,62, al\u00e9m de R$ 249,00 pelo servi\u00e7o de limpeza e R$ 74,70 equivalente aos 30% de taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, totalizando R$ 739,32.
