O Refis teve in\u00edcio em abril com t\u00e9rmino inicial previsto para o final da \u00faltima semana, mas agora passa a valer at\u00e9 o dia 01\/08. O programa concede at\u00e9 100% de desconto sobre multas e juros para quem tem d\u00edvidas ativas com a Prefeitura, como o Imposto Territorial e Predial Urbano (IPTU) e o Imposto Sobre Servi\u00e7os (ISS), entre outros.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda, Gabriel C\u00e2ndido, o principal objetivo da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 para que o contribuinte possa aderir ao programa por um per\u00edodo maior. \u201cDiante do fato de que muitos contribuintes n\u00e3o conseguiram aderir ao Refis Camb\u00e9, e isso por diversos motivos como n\u00e3o poder se dirigir at\u00e9 a Secretaria, ou n\u00e3o tinham condi\u00e7\u00f5es de aderir naquele momento, entendemos que seria importante possibilitar um novo per\u00edodo para participa\u00e7\u00e3o, onde eles possam usufruir dos benef\u00edcios da lei\u201d, disse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O secret\u00e1rio destacou que, em uma an\u00e1lise inicial, a primeira fase do Refis foi muito satisfat\u00f3ria diante das pretens\u00f5es que tinham. Segundo ele, a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o teve um aumento de 49,28% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, que ser\u00e1 revertido em benef\u00edcios para o cambeense. At\u00e9 o momento, foram realizadas 6.847 negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de tributos diversos, o que gerou um valor l\u00edquido negociado de R$ 6,4 milh\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At\u00e9 100% de descontos sobre multa e juros<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O Refis concede at\u00e9 100% de desconto sobre multa e juros para quem quitar suas pend\u00eancias \u00e0 vista. J\u00e1 para pagamentos a prazo, a taxa de descontos muda: de 2 a 12 vezes o desconto \u00e9 de 90%; de 13 a 24 vezes \u00e9 70% de desconto; e de 25 a 36 vezes o valor \u00e9 50% menor. Gabriel C\u00e2ndido pontua que essa redu\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 apenas em multa e juros, e n\u00e3o no valor original do imposto e corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria. Al\u00e9m disso, para pagamentos \u00e0 vista, o boleto tem data de vencimento estipulada para o dia 10 do m\u00eas seguinte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para pagamentos \u00e0 vista, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a presen\u00e7a do propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel ou da empresa com pend\u00eancia no munic\u00edpio, desde que comprovado o v\u00ednculo; j\u00e1 para parcelamentos, sim. A Secretaria de Fazenda informa que para quitar d\u00edvidas de im\u00f3veis \u00e9 preciso apresentar a matr\u00edcula do im\u00f3vel, contrato de compra e venda (ou escritura) e documentos pessoais (procura\u00e7\u00e3o quando for o caso).
